From the time i started taking your medicines,its helping me to recover from my constipation problem.During this course of time i never had constipation like before.Even i reduced weight upto 3 to 5kgs.I am in 3rd month of medication now. Constipation is passing motion(stools) less than three times a week.

Eating foods low in fiber.

What can you do to help yourself.
Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day. Avoid caffeine-containing drinks and alcohol, which can cause dehydration.
Add fruits, vegetables whole grains and other high-fiber foods to your diet. Reduce eating high-fat foods, like meat, eggs and cheese.
Eat prunes
Keep a food diary and single out foods that constipate you.
Exercise
Check how you sit on the toilet. Raising your feet, leaning back or squatting may make having a bowel movement easier.
If needed, take a very mild over-the-counter stool softener or laxative
